I founded IgniteHer Leadership around a belief that has continued to deepen through my work with leaders, teams, clients, and organizations: leadership is not defined only by what we intend. It is also reflected in what our communication, decisions, behaviors, and presence consistently create for the people around us.

Sara has been invited to contribute to leadership and professional conversations through keynotes, workshops, and panels, including appearances alongside Ndileka Mandela, Dr. Rollan Roberts II, and former California State Senator Steven Bradford. She was also invited back to the Arizona Project Management Summit for a second consecutive year, reflecting continued trust in her perspective and the relevance of her work in leadership, communication, and sustainable performance.

Her perspective is informed by years of practical experience working with people, teams, clients, and organizations, and strengthened by her continued academic study in Organizational Leadership at Arizona State University.
